Every item is made to order and carefully printed, so please take a moment to review your order before completing checkout.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at curlability.store@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to make it right — by offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Returns and exchanges

Because each product is created especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
Please check our size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
